*Perform prescription assessment and verification including DUR, Formulary, Professional Review, through order review; but not including physical dispensing.
*Conduct variety of managed care services related to pharmacy benefit management.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
•Licensed pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania and must reside in the greater Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.
•Must meet work@home requirements to include Cable Internet access and private, confidential work space.
•One to three (3) years of experience; retail/community practice setting preferred, but will accept recent graduates who are committed to provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care
•Good performance/work history in current position
•Ability to uphold strict confidentiality of customer and employee records
•Ability to exercise good, sound professional judgment and decision making
•Excellent clinical and technical skills
•Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
•Deductive reasoning and analytical skills
•Demonstrated ability to balance objectives of high-quality with high-efficiency
•Effective interpersonal skills
•Ability to adapt to change; flexibility
•Ability to travel to Mechanicsburg office location for training and meetings as required
•Willingness and ability to follow SOPs
•Willingness to actively pursue opportunities to keep up skills and acquires other relevant skills through Continuing Education resources; maintains current knowledge of profession
•Successfully complete pre-employment, drug screen and criminal background check
•Ability to sit for long periods of time.
•Previous PBM experience is highly valued
